the looking over the fence is a nice metaphor to the purpose of this book. beside the cover, i also photographed the authors of the articles a few months ago. the focus of the book goes beyond aspects of corporate governance and compliance with law to more ethic and moral questions. i sneaked into some articles and was quite fascinated by some of them...
